Architect-Led, Refined
Design, Effortless Living.

We believe great apartments earn their place in everyday life when they are designed around the people who live in them. Experience tells us what works. The result is in the details: apartments built properly, built to last.

We've been developing across Sydney for 45 years, delivering hundreds of projects that have helped shape the fabric of the city, a long history built on getting the details right and on genuinely caring about the people we build for.

"From the moment I walked in, it just felt right."

"When I first discovered Platino and Jardin, I was immediately struck by the quality and thoughtfulness of the design. I had been looking for a home where I would feel comfortable as I aged, somewhere easy to live in, well located, and designed with care. From the generous apartment sizes and well considered layouts to the quality finishes and on site facilities, everything aligned with the lifestyle I was looking for.

What truly set Platino apart for me was the sense of community. From the very beginning, there was a genuine warmth in the way I was welcomed, with opportunities to meet other buyers and feel connected. When friends visit, they can instantly see why I chose Jardin. It is a place that simply feels right."
