1. Promoter
This offer is provided by Platino Properties (the Promoter) for purchasers at Jardin Stage 2, Frenchs Forest.

2. Offer Period
The promotion is valid from Saturday 1 March 2026 to Tuesday 31 March 2026 inclusive. To qualify, purchasers must pay their contract deposit within this period.

3. Eligibility
This offer is available only to new purchasers who:

• Enter into a contract for the purchase of an apartment at Jardin Stage 2, Frenchs Forest; and

• Pay the required deposit between 1 March 2026 and 31 March 2026 (inclusive).

4. Incentive Inclusions
Eligible purchasers (On exchange of contracts) will receive:

• A $10,000 Coco Republic Home Furnishing Package;

• One (1) complimentary interior decoration consultation (valued at $995);

• Tailored mood boards for furniture and homewares;

• A 25% discount on Coco Republic core product range;

• One (1) complimentary property styling consultation for the purchaser’s existing home plus 20% off styling services.

5. Gift Issue & Redemption

• The furnishing package will be issued following exchange of contracts.

• Please allow several business days after exchange for the incentive to be processed and transferred to a Coco Republic account.

• Purchasers must establish a Coco Republic account in their name to redeem the incentive.

• Redemption is subject to Coco Republic’s own terms and conditions, including validity and usage requirements.

6. Non-Transferable
The incentive is:

• Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;

• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated;

• Available only to the original contract purchaser.

7. Forfeiture
If the purchaser rescinds, terminates, or fails to complete the contract for any reason, the incentive will be forfeited and must be cancelled if already issued.

8. Availability
The offer is limited to qualifying purchasers who meet the eligibility requirements during the Offer Period and may be amended or withdrawn at the Promoter’s discretion prior to contract exchange.

9. Third-Party Supplier
Coco Republic is an independent supplier. Platino Properties is not responsible for Coco Republic products, services, availability, delivery timeframes, or disputes arising between the purchaser and Coco Republic.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the incentive where the above conditions are not met.
