1. Promoter
This offer is provided by Platino Properties (the Promoter) for purchasers at Jardin Stage 2, Frenchs Forest.

2. Offer Period
The promotion is valid from Saturday 1 August 2026 to Monday 31 August 2026 inclusive. To qualify, purchasers must pay their contract deposit within this period.

3. Eligibility
This offer is available only to new purchasers who:

• Enter into a contract for the purchase of an apartment at Jardin Stage 2, Frenchs Forest; and

• Pay the required deposit between 1 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive).

4. Incentive Inclusions
Eligible purchasers (On exchange of contracts) will receive:

• One (1) $10,000 AUD Luxury Escapes Digital Gift Voucher.

5. Gift Issue & Redemption

• The Luxury Escapes Digital Gift Voucher will be issued following the exchange of contracts.

• Please allow several business days after the exchange of contracts for the voucher to be processed and delivered.

• To activate and redeem the voucher, purchasers must create or hold a valid Luxury Escapes account in their name.

• Redemption of the voucher is subject to Luxury Escapes’ own terms and conditions, including any validity periods, booking conditions, exclusions and usage requirements.

6. Non-Transferable
The incentive is:

• Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;

• Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated;

• Available only to the original contract purchaser.

7. Forfeiture
If the purchaser rescinds, terminates, or fails to complete the contract for any reason, the incentive will be forfeited and must be cancelled if already issued.

8. Availability
The offer is limited to qualifying purchasers who meet the eligibility requirements during the Offer Period and may be amended or withdrawn at the Promoter’s discretion prior to contract exchange.

9. Third-Party Supplier
Luxury Escapes is an independent supplier. Platino Properties is not responsible for Luxury Escapes products, services, availability, timeframes, or disputes arising between the purchaser and Luxury Escapes.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the incentive where the above conditions are not met.
